Howard Kent Application Update
Cayuga Homes shared this letter with the Shoreham Society on 23rd December 2022 and have asked us to pass it on. The letter follows the refusal of their planning application for a residential development on the former Howard Kent storage yard site and their subsequent public consultation in November 2022.
It summarises the comments and objections heard from councillors and residents to their original proposal, and Cayuga’s response to those points which will be incorporated in a revised proposal to be submitted at the beginning of 2023. Click on the image to download a copy of the letter.
