New Wharf Public Consultation

ECE Planning shared this leaflet with the Shoreham Society on 13th February 2023 inviting us to look at the proposals for the redevelopment of New Wharf on Brighton Road.

 


 

Howard Kent Application Update

Cayuga Homes shared this letter with the Shoreham Society on 23rd December 2022 and have asked us to pass it on. The letter follows the refusal of their planning application for a residential development on the former Howard Kent storage yard site and their subsequent public consultation in November 2022.

It summarises the comments and objections heard from councillors and residents to their original proposal, and Cayuga’s response to those points which will be incorporated in a revised proposal to be submitted at the beginning of 2023. Click on the image to download a copy of the letter.

 


 

Frosts Development Exhibition

This is the letter sent to local residents on 10th May 2022 by a director of Shoreham Brighton Road Ltd. This company submitted a planning application in August 2021, which received over 120 representations from residents, to replace the Frosts Garage with a residential development.
